I have a 95 c1500 that I manual swapped a little over 6 months ago. Everything was going well until I tried to take it to work and it would crank but no start. I replaced the coil but it would heat up to 300 degrees when I put a Lazer thermometer on it. What tests can I do to help me or fixes...

Manual swap help

I have a 1995 2wd extended cab with the 5.7 vortec and 4l60e, I was wondering if I will need a new driveshaft and cross-member if I install a nv4500 in place of the 4l60e. I want to avoid having to get a new driveshaft if possible. I'm not pushing any real power so the nv3500 isn't out of the...
