    I have a 98 tahoe all the actuators work but the linkage that goes to the defrost valve fell off or broke. I can put it on any setting and will still come full blast out of the defrost vents. While having air come out of any other setting i switch it to. Has anybody ran into this

    98 tahoe ac wont change from hot to cold. Its charged and when switching from hot to cold on the switch in the dash you can definatly feel its hotter on hot im not sure if that could be a sign that the actuator is bad

    Aftler looking and compairing the 98 does not have the added metal it just wont shift into 1 or 2 i can see nothing is binding in the colem it has all ramge of motion any ideas ?

    Found a recipt. Its a transfercase control module. Its got the np8 rpo code also for the 2 speed auto 4 wheel but im thinking since both rpo codes in the 98 and 96 are m30 wouldnt the 96 trans and transfercase work? Just would lose auto 4 wheel

    Removable. But the rpo code in the glove box says m30 compairing the 2 trucks the 96 is correct/original trans the current 98 is the removable bell housing. So im wondering if i could put my 96 m30 4l60e and transfer case and that silver box or would the computer freak out.

    1998 tahoe 2 door. The rpo code says m30 and by my reaserch that is the early 4l60e and whats in there has no identifying marks but does look like a late 4l60 e from reading on novac trans swap. My 96 has the m30 tag on the side 4 bolts to the transfer case. The 98 has 6 another reason i belive...

    When bleeding is trickled out no psi Confirmed correct parts i even got a new booster and master from warrenty exchange all new NOT remaned. Brake light stays on in all positions on the pedal and can confrim its on correct. Tight with a newer clip
