    Truck is a 91 c 1500 4.3. I need to check my timming this thing pings like crazy on 89 octane. It dose it when the engine is under more load. My question is do i have to disconnect the vacuum advance before checking the timming? Any good videos on this?

    MSD distributor caps

    Just wanted to let every one know msd is going more stainless steel on there distributor caps. I usally got the brass one for my 4.3 Now it comes with steel terminals. I dont know I always thought thy ran better. What are other good caps or should i stick with msd?

    I think its time for new ball joint

    Truck is a 1991 chevy c 1500. Want to do upper and lower ball joints. Replacing with moog. Dosent seen to hard will buy a snap on ball joint press . Any one have any thoughts? Also will buy a few forks to help separate them.
