HVAC Controller HELP

I have a 91 C1500. The HVAC controller blinks all the arrows on left side for the position on the air (head to feet). I can still switch the positions and hot to cold and the work but my fan will not come on. IT just started doing this in the past few months. At 1st nothing really changed...

I got them off ebay. I took a measurement of the center bore on the rim. It was 3", the wheel had some notches in the center bore I had to grind with a flapper wheel to make them fit.

IDK about that but thanks for the compliment. Still have lots to do, but the truck is stuck in my shop with a tree down in front of the shop door due to Hurricane Laura. I will soon get back to it and post updates
