your picture looks like a fleet side to me as you say I do not know what @SUBURBAN5 is talking about it being a step side then again I have had long day and am a few sheets to the wind

He probably thought you were referring to the black step side in the next post. The one that nobody on this forum would mistake as a 454SS
I thought we were talking about this truck since it's black, 454ss wheels, 454ss valance, 454ss sport mirrors, and short box. But being a step side I said it was a clone.
The other pic of the light blue fleetside short box. I only saw 454ss wheels. Nothing else stood out to me as a clone. To me the step side fits the description more.

Those wheels, mirrors and valance weren't specific to only the 454ss. A Sport trim had them as well.
Very true. But that wasn't even the truck they were talking about. I missed the 1st set of pics with a 454ss.
