How could I determine the original color on my truck (92 C1500 Silverado, light blue) if the sticker in the glove box is wrong (it looks like the glove box insert may be from a different vehicle)? jess

No either it has the vin for your truck or does not. It's not maybe, or kinda. There was a metal tag on firewall the had body and paint codes. Or get the factory service manual download. In book one the first chapter list RPO codes, (option codes, ) the manual for year 92 will list all options available for that specific year. Here's an example . This is either 93 or 95.
