I have a 1995 c2500. It has the 5.7tbi/nv4500. 150,000 ish miles.
I believe it's time for a clutch. When you come off of a stop it'll sort of "chatter" and shake as you let the clutch out until its fully engaged. So that either tells me that the disk is worn, or the flywheel is warped.(I think.)
I was thinking either luk or Sachs.
Do you guys recommend any other brands? Should I go with a heavier duty clutch? I do pull vehicles and scrap about once a month. Southbend? Valeo?

If the engine is stock, Luk is good but will slip if your putting out more than stock HP.

Spec is also good and has different options if you want a different engagement or holding force.

Be sure to get a new or resurfaced flywheel whenever replacing the clutch.
