89 5.7 tbi firewall junction block help

Does anyone know what the wires in the junction block on the firewall go to? Specifically the 4th bolt over from the passenger side

Most of those are ignition Hots I think to run various things run by switch on mode. Fuel pump.AC etc

Thank you for your reply, I traced that particular wire and found that I believe it goes into my steering column, when you turn the key like you're going to start the truck the wire actually moves when its energized, but still not entirely sure the exact ending point of the wire
