Looks good. The size fits the truck nicely. There are alot of trucks around me with gaint bumpers that look comical.

After driving a little i think the main problem was the gas. But its defiantly time to start cleaning and replacing the fuel system.

SHE RUNS!!!!!! :rockit:
I was going to pull the codes when I started talking to my neighbor. He let me borrow some starting fluid. First try nothing, second try she started and blew a lot of white smoke and ran like crap for 3-4 minutes. I just keep using the throttle to keep her alive and...
I can’t find anything moved or unplugged.
I did a search and it seems rather simple to pull codes. Does the info in this link sound correct to you?

I have also been reading about starter issues. I cannot remember hearing any noise...
I’ll throw my multi meter on there if i can manage to make it home before the storms move in. Thanks for all help!!! I will post some updates when I get my hands on her.
The kid at the auto parts store said to solder the wires but I shake to bad for any soldering. So I used gold platted, insulated butt splices wrapped with super33. I made all on crimps on the copper. Could there be too much resistance because of the butt splices? I am going to have the wife try...
I just read something on a ford forum about after depressurizing the fuel system it makes it really hard to start. They were talking about trying to start for 30 seconds stop and repeat to pressurize the fuel system. I have a feeling I am missing something easy.
I tried taking the clips off and putting them back on. Checked the air filter assembly, wiggled all the wires. Could I of shorted something out? I did unhook the negative from the battery before starting any work. Do you think I might be flooding it with fuel?
Truck:
91 k1500
5.7 350 tbi
Last night I changed an injector clip on my tbi because it would not stay tight. When I went to crank her, she tried to start then started sputtering with half a$$ power. I thought ok maybe it is because the fuel system was trying to build pressure so I gave her...
Is it normal for my oil pressure gauge to jump around? 91 k1500 w/ 350. At ideal it is really low then i push on the gas and it jumps up to around 3/4 of the gauge then right back down. There is plenty of oil in her.
