I picked up a mint 60/40 seat out of a 92 ext. cab and want to use it in my 89 single cab dually. Did they make seat tracks for 60/40 seat before I go modding the brackets to fit?

It does have rails but the trans tunnel makes the 60 portion sit higher hence asking if there were different rails for standard cabs.

Does anyone one know what a reasonable tint level is to use for the front? I want my front windows and windshield to be similar if not the same as the rear windows. What do you guys recommend?

I'd look at your states tint laws before you do anything. Where I'm at anything darker than 35% is illegal on the front two side windows. I went with 20% as I couldn't tell much of a difference between that and 35% side by side. Over four years later and I've never been stopped for it so I guess the cops don't mind it. Your experience may vary, I'd keep it as close to legal as you can.

Does anyone know a good place to get OEM sun visors with illuminated mirrors?

I'm pretty sure all the OEM visors are discontinued. There's a pair of the fancy extendable ones for sale here in the classifieds though.

What's the problem with yours exactly? If it's just fabric they can be recovered at any good upholstery shop. If it's a lighting/mirror issue then you can scoop up those housings on eBay for pretty cheap.

Mine are shot. They sag, the mirrors are gone, the lights are broken, and the cloth is done.

I think I've seen Sewlow say that a good shop can fix that sag, although it's been a long time since I talked to him about it. Mine do the same thing just slightly, but it hasn't bothered me enough to worry about.

But yeah I get you, at a certain point it might not be worth it.
