that was always one of my favorite trucks...you get that crew cab yet? haha
Unless somebody throws some cash at me for my regular cab DD, I'm gonna hold off on it, as bad as I want it. I'm trying to buy a house, and get some other bills knocked out. It's really hard to keep priorities straight when you have the truck-bug! lol And thanks for the kind words man, its that reason that makes me want to just redo the bag setup and keep the wow factor alive! What ideas you have for me? Stay bagged, bring it back up, what you think? There's always the route of bringing it back up for a DD and making my RCSB into a bagged project.

Haven't thought of that one. Hmmm....... lol

it would be an awesome project, and for a pt truck you could still do bags, or go static which is what i would do, and if you havent already it would give you an ecuse to build the motor and then go play at the tracks on weekends

OP, that's a shame you have to get rid of the bags :nono: Pretty clean truck.
We have the same Halo Headlights. A lot of people will diss on the halo headlights and I can see where they're coming from because alot of them are just over done but the style we both have is perfect :imo: Just 1 simple Halo ring, plus they are projectors for our HID's right? They look soo sick in the late evening right before dark

Mine is also my pride and joy/ baby. It's nice to actually own your dream truck right? :D Take care of her. Ultimately, whatever you do it will still look great.

Well, thats the beauty of it, I don't have to get rid of the bags, its just a thought. Both of my trucks are paid for. I just like to have a little more room in a DD then a RCSB like I have now. I'm actually slowly leaning in favor of bringing this one up static, maybe a 2/4 or so like it was, throw a set of 20s back on it, and use it as a my DD, then convert my 95 into my project. You never know what I'll do! lol
And completely agreed, the halo lights we have are perfect. I first was going with the standard clear lights, but I wanted something a little different, so I went with them, and never regretted a second of it. And you must be talking about something around this time:

Thats the only way to go! Southern Pride does literally have the complete opposite of mine, and it's a beautiful piece of work! The truck scene should never become anything about trophies, or who has the baddest ride on the block. It's about meeting fellow enthusiast's who love the sport of having a nice truck, and making friends. A man can never have too many friends!

Man, I love your truck, its a thing of beauty. Was the bag setup done wrong?? Why you trying to get rid of them? I dont see why a static drop would be better.

Long story short, I paid BNC Offroad a very large amount of money because I wanted something completely different, yet very reliable. We sat down, drew up the plans for every detail, and set a time frame for how long they might have it, which he told me absolutely no more then 1 month. 3 months later, and many phone calls later, the truck was complete (supposedly). So I leave to Houston (3 hours) at 5 the next morning to be there when they open, and when I get there at 8, the truck isn't done. I finally leave there at 5:30 that afternoon with the truck, completely half-assed compared to how it was supposed to be. 2 days later, blows 2 bags, manage to limp it back to them after buying my own bags to throw in and get it back to them. They have it another 3 months, and didn't change anything except move the bags foward half an inch to clear a little more. Terrible work from a shop that everyone thought was very reputable! There is a ton more to that story that I won't get into at the moment, because its upsetting me thinking about it. lol
