what he says. those kits are not worth it. just save yourself $100 and crank the t-bars.
I'm already cranked about 1/2 of an inch, and if I take it any further the steering binds up when stopped, so forget about it :)
All the kit does is allow you to over crank the t-bars because the upper a arms are designed to bend around the droop stop
Yeah after looking deeper into these I noticed this...screw it time for a SAS and 12 valve cummins swap! :D

How the **** is your steering binding if you crank anymore than 1/2"? Mine is cranked right at 2" with no issues at all aside from ride quality, sas is nice and 4bt or 6bt?

I was kind of wondering too but didn't say anything...

Did the previous owner already crank it up a bit maybe?

If you could get some pics of your angles that might help some.

Maybe the trucks and yuks are different? or maybe my old worn-out suspension just doesn't like to work? idk...
here's what full droop on my passenger side looks like.

here's what full droop on my passenger side looks like, and it rides about an inch lower than that.

your tbars may have been cranked before, ive never seen that flex from an ifs truck before so your bars are probably toast and with your 1/2 turn its not lifting its just screwing with all your angles.

I had my 96 at full crank and never had an issue in it either and that was with the front end completely worn out

Granted, it was quite a few years ago when I initially tried to crank them, so I may be full of cr*p because I can't remember correctly. Anybody know the stock measurements? Maybe I am cranked more than I think
