Getting N-Fab's... need some help

I got them all unpacked and I have to say, they look good, but I'm really not impressed with how they install.

They bolt to the rockers, the hardware is junk, carriage bolts that bite on to the rockers are just going to spin when I try to tighten them..... and they are only 3/8". weak.

I'm going to get better hardware, drill thru my rockers, bolt them on and see how they do.

I dont think these are for me... yes they'll look awesome, but if someone wants to pic them up for $300 I'll let them go.. will post an ad in the for sale section.

Twas my thinkings. N-Fabs that mount to frame would be a godsend.

Ya or at least the body mounts like a set of tube bars. I love the way n-fabs look, but I have always been leery of the way they mount....

I knew the bolted to the rockers.. I went ahead and drilled and mounted them anyway.. for a body lift, I love the look... we will see how long the rockers last now. It aint like my truck is straight and rust free anyway. lol

You guys need to have faith. That's the big selling point, that they mount to the body, not the frame. You would be surprised how strong that part of the body is.
