Pulled out Fuse 15 today (which was a 10 for future reference, if I ever feel like sticking it back in) which is the DRL or Daytime Running Lights which I don't want. If I want the lights on I can turn them on myself!

What an improvement man!
Take that valence off and it would probably look 100x meaner (in my opinion) But lookin good

I'm going to- hopefully today if things work out. I'd probably have to pull the tow hooks too then, wouldn't I? I think they look kind of dorky with them on still... shackles are different, but tow hooks...

I vote leave the valence on, especially since you have a body lift.

iEnding has his off and it looks good- that's 'cause the brush guard mounts help hide the frame that juts out down there. My cheapo grill guard wouldn't hide it as well, I admit...

Another thing that makes them look bad is the tow hooks with no valence, IMO.

I'm going to be making a metal skid plate (mine is plasic) and a custom bumper/grill guard anyways, hopefully before the year is out. (that's my plan anyways- and you know how plans go) I'm going to try to make something kind of like your TAG- can you give me some rough dimensions on that? Like how wide are the plates...? Maybe it would be easier if you just snapped a ton of pics!! IDK, I'm just going to do something with my frontend 'cause it ain't doin much for me right now. Grill guard is going to go too eventually, but probably when I get the other one made.

My stock cluster, which appears to be rare or something... 110 speedo and 6k tach... and 136,***

I did some research out of curiosity. Looks like the 110 mph cluster is pretty rare. It was on military police tahoes and was an available upgrade option through gm when special ordering a new truck.

Thank you, Gatorboy ^^^

Truck looks awesome bro!

She has definently gone thru some changes. I think doing an undercoat is going to be next on my list since my 97 sierra came from the red clay hills of Georgia and yours looks awesome once done.

Thanks, and it is something I definitely recommend. I am very happy with my undercoating job- makes it look five times better.

It does seem just a tad louder on the high end, plus it was just fun to do something under the hood again.
