They look good. I seen them on a 3500 OBS at my friends place in Poplar Bluff, the feel and look great. I love the way you have to use them to open the doors. Seems like the hardest part to get will be the rods and trying to get them installed in the door. A write up on installation would be awesome!

Yup, I had a set on my 99 when i had it. I loved the handles. Before I sold it I removed them from the 99 and boxed them up. Through about them on my 88 but I don't think they'd look right.

Few things:

They are no different to install than a standard outside handle. IMO they are actually easier to get in the door than the regular ones which if you've changed them you know they are PITA.

Save yourself the trouble and but ALL the correct rods for them. Unfortunately this means dealership or big truck parts yard.

They do fit the back doors SUVs, but there was no back door specific handle so you'll have to put a dummy lock cylinder in them.

Yeah they are super easy to install. It took me longer getting the old ones off then it did to install these. If anybody wants a set contact montstar on here. He sent me me all the rods and latches for $60.00
