Took the bed off so i could change fuel sending unit / pump assembly. anything in particular to look over while i have easy access? One thing i did see was the tube for rear diff fluid. Anyway to check level other than crakcing the pumpkin?

Make sure that fuel pump ground is squeaky clean. It'll never be easier to reach. I like to run a tap through the bolt hole to clean the threads.
Yea i wire brushed it good and cleaned the threads before i installed it.

i plan on spraying everything down with a good degreaser and give a once over deep clean . I did remove a rats nest on top the punkin and somehow had about a 20 ft piece of rope wrapped around wheel assembly too

Dielectric grease that ground, check all wiring, brake lines, fuel lines. If you don’t clean up and paint frame, I’d at least clean up and paint shock mounts and leaf mount brackets. Inspect bed rails on bed too, maybe paint those.

I've got another for ya: there should be one more of those bars in front of the spare tire cross member too.
