Segment swap. I forgot to mention to go ahead and copy over the speedometer calibration too since 4x4 low changes how that works.

You want to move over the Transmission, Transmission Diagnostic and Speedometer Calibration.

Once you go through the swap, re open the tune and look at your Gear/Tire Wizard under the EDIT tab up top. Adjust the Gear Ratio and Tire Diameter to match your Tahoe. Leave the options checked for Speedometer Rescale and Shift Point Adjustment.

Open the van tune, open the S10 tune in compare. Then import the S10 trans, trans diagnostic and speedo calibration. I mentioned using the Tire/Gear wizard because the S10 likely has a different tire size and possibly different gear ratio than your Tahoe. The wizard will adjust all your shift points in relation to tire size and gear ratio.

Were you able to get it going?
hey yes sorry i’ve been inactive for a while, and i started a new thread. probably shouldn’t have. just started a new job where i’m gone 14 hours a day so i don’t have much time to do anything. got it running but for some reason it’s looking for an iss input. shifts very hard out of first. and harsh shifts in general. p0717- input shaft speed sensor no signal. another member said it could be due to the fact that it had a 4l80e. i don’t know where i should go to look for this information on hp tuners so i’ve been going through just currently atm checking and comparing to the 2002 s10 file you sent me.
