I need to buy a front end for my build, but i can't decide and sometimes it seems i don't understand what i need as the actual one is at the opposite of the one i want, so i don't know the part list ;p
For example i like that front but would prefer to be GMC badged.

Yeah, there is some work to do, 90 GMC k1500. PS : we don't have front license plate

So show me YOUR front a tell me the brand or where you did get it ;p including lights ;p

Thanks.
I like like that blue truck!!!! Siiiick bro! But I see that’s what you want to have but you do have something I feel is a upgrade over what that truck doesn’t have! That square cut out fog lights bumper! I’ve always liked those and if you got your ride closer to that blue one in looks wise not necessarily paint but everything but that that bumper would be nice addition to that overall look my dad back in 99 bought a 400 99 burb but I always thought it needed more light on the road and fog lights would have been the solution! But I ended up buying him good halogen bulbs but I put high beams in the low beams and yes I know that’s wrong but it made the right difference that I felt burb needed along with he needed. But that was back in 02-03 so I can’t remember how I made that happen lol

With that nice cadillac ;), then it hit me : GM did what the old french car (and most i think) of the time was doing with Delagge, Delahaye etc.. in the 30's.buy the same chassis and change everything on top of it, and each brand could sell at different price, looks and feel. An original car maker was a body worker, not a chassis worker. the OBS and the NBS is kind of a discover for me, and ls engines. Coming from Ford mostly mustang ,F150, fiesta and fusion.
And yes it happen because of chassis cars vs bodywork is the chassis.
Electric is going more on a chassis side. i can name at least one car company in Canada, that sell its electric chassis to different car makers.

All that to say i feel i went deeper in the rabbit hole of marvelous thing, and swapping and sharing part like i've never felt with the mustang community for example.
My banker start to love you more and more.

Oh yes i know everything must go, plus mine will be a strange mix with a tough (but still painted in the truck colors) rear bumper in metal, as it will be a truck that help me, not a parking queen or show room queen, i want nice, but usable. so the rear bumper is not a flush one with the tailgate in composite, but a very nice tough meltal bumper, as my theme is bi color i may use that in the bumper color.

Factory '97 grilles and Anzo 111004 headlights. Unfortunately both sets of corner lights and the DNA motoring parking lights are all discontinued and no longer available. The Anzo 511032 parking lights have a very similar look to these, but are missing the three horizontal lines in the plastic.

Thank you so much, those two pictures explain so much, i couldn't understand why a shop was showing me different set or corner light for the same year, and there it is the obvious difference between a GMC and a CHEVY, so i'm actually a chevy from some obscur year yet to discover ( i have to decode a vin i found on some part), and going to the gmc badge from his paper, but not year ;p and now i see what parts i need to buy. Some seller show picture for the the parking and highbeam almost like if they were a block, but i never saw that on picture, they must have taken the picture with them very close.

See. that confuse me

when i was checking bumpers there was no bumper for a "quad" light, not 2+2 if you see what i mean

on the car the space between the two is at least the same size as the top light, but on the light picture the space between them seem tiny.

Yes, you're on the right track. Chevy and GMC corner lights don't interchange, and the Chevy grilles have more space between the headlights and parking lights than the GMC grilles do.

There's also the Chevy and GMC W/T (Work Truck) grilles with a single sealed beam 5"x7" headlight per side and different single piece corner lights. Which is what your truck appears to have now. Plus some other small variations like painted 454SS/Sport truck grilles vs the standard chrome ones. Most of these grilles have '88-'93 and '94+ versions IIRC. I used to have all this stuff memorized but I'm having a tough time with it right now... Give me a minute, I think there's a diagram on Nemiga or LMC that has most of the possible variations pictured on one page.

EDIT - AND the Escalade/Denali front clips, as Cadillac Bob pointed out. I always forget those...
