I have a 92 Chevy 4.3 single cab with some brake light issues and also the turn signals don’t work. Whenever I turn the signals on nothing happens, the green signals on the dash won’t even show. If you’ve had this problem or have any idea to a solution please let me know. I’m thinking right now that the flasher relay is out but not entirely sure.

May be the flasher, it's semi easy to check since it's under the dashboard. But the culprit may be the multi function switch ( the piece inside the column that is attached to the turn signal stick). At least on the earlier trucks without airbags, this part is easy to change with the right tools.
The wiring harness could also be pinched or frayed, there's not much room in the column for it.

When you say, some brake light, what exactly? Specifics get the best answer. If brake light works, apply brakes and hold. Select left turn signal, what happens?

If the multi function switch is bad would the turn signals on the dash come on? on my truck the dash lights for the signals won’t come up

The power goes through the multi function switch before it goes to the brake lights and turn signals. On the later truck like mine, the third brake light still worked, but the brake/ turn signal lights( in the taillight housing/lenses) did not. Replacing the multi function switch fixed that issue. You may have a similar problem, but check the flasher first.
Also there is probably a fuse on this circuit, check that too. Often, electrical issues are something simple.

First day of school, electrical issues,
No. 1, check fuses and or circuit breakers. All good. Start troubleshooting.
The third brake light is activated before the circuit routes through multifunction switch. Or it would flash with turn selection.
