I have big 4 with 3/0 and a 300a and it did same till I ran an extra piece of 1/0 from battery to the under hood fuse block, I jut replaced the stock wire with 1/0.stopped blinker drop and HVAC fan volt drop .

Any chance you could show me how you routed that? I'd love to do the same.

Our trucks desperately need a big 3 ( I call it a big 4 tho) desperately! Bigger wire from alt to positive on battery, a mounting bolts from alt to negative on battery , and negative on battery to fender wall, also need bigger wire to replace from battery positive to the main fuse block infront of the brake booster. It'll get rid of the wandering volt gauge on em. Definantly sounds like u got a good sounding setup, our trucks have a ****** soundstage but takes power to over come it and when u get there they sound awesome tho!

I need to do this apparently.

I'll take a pic at lunch but I just followed where stock one was, popped it in the top of the shroud where stock was and went under the abs block . I'll take a pic of my gf Yukon, mine has two batteries and it'll prolly not get the point across correctly cause I went off my second battery. I'll take pics of both tho. Mines still under construction , have efans to out in and modify the top of shroud still so things r just still temp installed

This is my gf truck, I ran amp from fuse box because she has a small amp and didn't need to go directly to the battery. Not the neatist but gets the job done and I used scraps of wire I already had

Here is my mess, ALWAYS under construction. Last pic is where ac compressor WAS, will be my second 300 amp is, still have to put my second run of 3/0 welding cable in. One run will carry 500a and my sub amp will pull 900a at full tilt, so gotta add a second run to finally get to set gain properly.

Ooh 3/0. Nice. Apologies for the bad pics, looks like my 94 rcsb is different than your trucks.

Same process, just have to go to ur fuse block, I'll look at a 94 ASAP and see where it needs to go. I'm not sure if it's is on passenger firewall or if it runs directly to inner fuse block
