Speaker upgrade suggestions

Most definantly , make sure u get something with a hpf xover and they should sound real nice. I like pioneer myself , and u can get a real nice one under $100 that's just a single din setup with USB Bluetooth aux crossovers and an good EQ. Need a recommendation, lemme know

Just quick looking, has nice EQ, handsfree, USB, Pandora control, hpf/lpf crossover and has pioneer app so u have full control of everything on the unit from your phone, for under $90 it's like a sore dick, tough to beat! Lol.

Not bad, I'd strive for 5v preamp outs if you're hooking an amp up to it. You'll pay a little more ($30-50), but it's worth it in my book

I bought the DEH-S5000BT ($99) back in jan/2018 along with a Pyle 8" 300W RMS ($149) powered sub, mounted on the back wall. I'm happy with them but, I don't crank it up too much in my regular cab, ha ha. I looked on PartsExpress.com where I got them and both are no longer available. The Pyle is NA everywhere I looked, maybe it's junk, ha ha?

The s5000 does also. As for the Pyle , if the sub is bad , I can find ya a replacement woofer but if u wanna get one like it I don't know alot about the underseat/ slim line subs, never really used em. Heard good things about the cerwin Vega ones but can't verify since never heard em myself. Hope that helped ya out sum.

Thanks mucho! My Pyle is working great so far, I was just looking at the reviews and a few were bad due to it not lasting very long but, who knows how hard they were driving it too. I'm only running it with its volume control down about 1/3.
