Windshield wipers only work on high

I woke this morning and windshield wipers only works on high. What gives?
Motor switch relay?
Anybody else have this problem

Maybe the wiper control board by the wiper motor.

Almost always the first and most likely suspect with wiper issues on these trucks.

Re-solder the joints where the harness socket attaches to the circuit board. Easy and free, if you have even the most basic electronics soldering skills.
