will C2500 van brakes and rear end work?

at my local pick a part there is a 1999 C2500 panel van, six lug hubs, I have a 1999 C1500 suburban with the 5 lug hubs. I know the C2500 3/4 ton LD trucks front calipers and rotors as well as axle will
work to allow me to swap to 6 lug wheels, just wondering if the van pieces would work as well? all the rears have been stripped from the trucks in the yard....also isn't this the van that uses the 0411 PCM on the vortec engine? making for an easier swap?

looking on rock auto it looks like the same PN on the rotors between the van and the C2500LD trucks, so I am going to go with a big yes on them working. however the rear axle is still in question...and if it will work do I need to switch out the whole 3rd member or can I just use the axel shafts and brakes from the van in my suburban's rear end?
