I run Quaket State Synthetic Blend 5w30 and a Quaker State filter (Puralator Classic) thinking of switching to full Synthetic but I get a free sb oil change every three months or 3k miles at work so untill extra funds are available Ill take advantage of that. Once the funds are available Ill go full syn with a Wix filter

Looks like I will switch to a Fram or Mobile 1 filter next time.

From what I've gathered, Mobile 1 is made by Wix. I know K&N and Napa oil filters are Wix. Napa premium is cheapest.

castrol and fram is what iv always used....all 5 years of driving

I use kendall 10w40 and change it every 3 months (it never reaches 5k kms before then) I use whatever filter I can get my hands on, used to be fram now napa brand. in the wifes car I change her oil every 6000kms, or every 5 weeks with 10w30 and a cheap filter, it gets 1000-1200hrs highway miles a week.
