I would have it rebuilt locally before I turned in yours as a core for a China rebuilt one.

I was planning on just going to NAPA to buy one then buying a rebuild kit for the one i have now and either selling it or keep it as a spare.

I replaced mine with a Napa one a while ago because of the same problems, since this thhread is a few days old i'm assuming you have it fixed. If other people are having this problem It could also be the steering pump/box that will change pitch with rpms.. thats my problem now.
