Where does the 4l80e dipstick mount? it doesnt seem to line up to a place on the tranny?

i removed the chevy 5.7 and im installing a 4bt, but i dont see a spot on the 4l80 housing that the dipstick mounts. Was the mount on the 5.7 somewhere?

Mine mount's through a bellhousing bolt like most do.

the angle of the dipstick must be wrong. I'll go back an try to wiggle it towards the bell housing. Thanks!
