What does your read when it's cold? When driving mines between 40-45...I'd be worried if you have much less then 20 at idle

It really just depends on how the engine is maintained. Mine has run Mobil 1 in the engine since it had 22 miles, and I can tell. Generally, when cold...

50-60 idle, 70-80 while driving.

When hot...

35-50 when around idle speed, and usually 60-65 going down the road.

Well my grandfather was original owner of my truck he always serviced the truck regularly 3,000 miles and drive it on mostly highway, also I have ran valvoline full synthetic since I bought it, I run it 5k miles, and never add a drop, that's with living in mountains and towing as well it's stays nice and clean looking on the stick as well. 202,0000 miles now I have gave it hell tho.

Is it a little low, ya maybe. It could be you're pressure sensor or gauge going bad though. You could try a mechanical gauge just to double check the factory one.

Imo if the engine runs good an isn't making any noise then I wouldn't worry a whole lot. I would be a little easier on it though.....
