What to lube latch and hinges with

What is the proper lubricant to lube the hood latch and hood hinges on these trucks

Thats what I was thinking, I had the shop lube it when they changed the oil once awhile ago and the stuff they used wasnt white worked great and lasted awhile

I actually need to do my hood release again b/c last I lubed it is when I bought truck 3 years ago. About due time again lol

Lol ya mine was last done a year ago, I told them to lube it last oil change but they didnt
