Weird stumble

Small problem with the 98. When I go full throttle it falls on its ass at 4k rpm. It doesn't miss just kinda stops pulling. I have done rotor and plugs. Cap and eires not yet. The fuel filter is new.

I got the same problem but its not consistent. Ive tried ignition module, coil, tps, map, iac, plugs and wires, changed filter and tested fuel pressure. Sub'd so i can figure this one out to.
