My 98 2500 ECSB feels like it's being strangled when I ask for more power on takeoff. I recently upgraded the ignition and replaced the 2 rear o2 sensors. It did make a bit of difference but when I'm on the throttle, it just seems doggy/flat and in my opinion sounds and acts like the exhaust isn't letting it breath like it should. Been told my CATS are fine, but I have noticed a couple times that nasty CAT odor when I'm hard on the throttle. It got new crate motor last year, so I'm scratching my head. Any ideas or suggestions? I live in NY, so I kinda need my CATS for inspection, but have thought of putting high-flow ones on.
