TPS wiring reading .47 at key on and .47 through range to wide open throttle, no change. Injectors not pulsing.

If the TPS readings are not changing when moving the TPS, then the TPS is faulty. Thats where you need to start. The TPS should change readings as the throttle moves.

Guessing the truck is the same as your user name? Make sure the little arm on the TPS is actually being moved by the respective lever on the throttle shaft. It'll be on the passenger side. Unless someone swapped your throttle body, it'll be pretty visible. If it's making contact, verify that it indeed moving with throttle input and connected. If all that checks out, then the TPS is most likely faulty. The injectors should still fire though, they're controlled by the ICM. You might be chasing two problems here.
