Throttle Body Blade Mod Help

So I did the throttle body blade mod to my 1999 5.7 Suburban by drilling out the rivets holding on the plate with the lip on it. Not thinking, that left two holes meaning more air is flowing when the blade is closed in the tb. Now my truck idles at 1,100 rpms. Is there a way to plug these two holes or did I mess up?

Nevermind. I found i need to put two rivets in. Stupid self jumped the gun without looking into it more.
