Taking apart belt buckle receiver

Does any one know how to do this? I have a 90' GMC Sierra that my seat belt buckle button is stuck down and I can't for the life of me get it to pop back up I think some stuff came apart inside of it from what I can see and I'm looking to take it apart to fix it so it will work again any help is very appreciated thanks Dane

No idea, but would guess it just snaps together.

You could probably snag one from a salvage yard for a few bucks, though.
