Summit racing 3"BL vs. PA 3"BL any difference?

Ive tried searching for this but cant find anything. Is there any difference in the two kits? This is kinda like a torsion key question lol.

from what I saw before summit is just a plane jane reboxed PA one. kinda like the headers I bought, re boxed flowtechs.

no nothing missing just image a box with performance accessories stamped and printed all over it. Then picture it in a plain old white or brown box and maybe says summit, that's it, nothing missing just a different box.

My bother just ordered a Summit 2" for his Yota, It's a PA kit, right down to the instructions.
