Suburban rear pass window

I have been searching for threads on this with no luck.
My passenger side back window only rolls down half way. Is this normal?
If this is normal is there a way to get it to roll down all the way like the other three windows?

Sorry guys. I didn't think my last try at this question posted. For some reason my subscriptions aren't working. I'll pull my head out my *** next time.

Naw you're new, no worries, you'll soon discover that for some reason the subscription emails on this site don't work quite right. I get mine like a week later, even if I've already been back on and read the new messages without benefit of notification yet.
