Stupid blinker problems

I'm really lost, 97 gmc 1500 I don't have any blinkers working checked the grounds and I keep blowing #9 fuse as soon as I put a new fuse in. Lastnight they were working but only the rear and the dash was blinking like the 4 ways and the 2 arrows were lit up but the 4 ways were not on lol, so I'm extremely confused.

you have a short in brown wire, i would start checking in trailer towing adapter area
