Does anyone know where I can find a steering knuckle for a 2000 C3500 SRW? The original OEM part number is 18060576. I have tried cross referencing everything at this point, but I can find a OEM replacement at all. I would even entertain putting a lift or lowering kit on it if I had too. The original one snapped the wheel axle off. Ebay seems to be no help either.

Have you tried your local junk yard?

Really shouldn't be that hard, but your 2000 (if it's a GMT400) is considered a "classic" model as 2000 was already into GMT800 production. Probable donor trucks include any 1996-2000 GMT400 C3500 SRW truck (and probably C2500 also as long as it's an 8 lug not 6 lug donor truck.) The C3500 DRW truck might use the same knuckle as well.

Perhaps a moderator will move this thread from Engine to Stock Supsension + Bolt On Kits.

I'd be looking into why the spindle snapped-off of the steering knuckle...failed bearings? Overloaded?
