the pressure for fuel pump was running 42-45psi going up and down between those numbers

Your pump is weak, you should be up around 60

ok so i changed the fuel with a brand new from 1aauto and im still miss firing really bad underload but idle it lite mis fire just when i give it gas its start to run like ****. i dont know what else to do but the next im going to try is the ignition coil and fuel filter hopefully that works.i know when im underload the check engine flashes. ireally dont know what else to do im really lost

Throw your fuel pressure gauge on it again. 60-66, I've put brand new ones in that were ****.

Dist caps on these things are absolutely **** and I don't care what anyone says. They're juuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnkkkkkkuh

Grab a cheapy code reader, check.

With the new fuel pressure its worth checking the new spider system for leaks.

But first thing is codes and a visual check. What do you got?
