I'm a long time reader but this is my first post. I have a 2000 GMC C3500 with a 5.7, 4L80E, 2wd, 4.10 open diff. I recently changed tire size from slightly oversized <265 75 16's> to factory 245 75 16's. According to my GPS the odometer is correct, but the speedometer is wrong. It is reading fast by about 11-12%. It reads 78 doing 70 on the gps and about 62 doing 53 on the gps. Should I have a DRAC or VSSB on this year model? I spent a few minutes searching behind the glove box and looking under the dash for a vssb but I have not pulled the gauge cluster.
