Speedometer still won't work?

I recently left my windows down during a rainstorm and got everything soaked. After drying it out I realized my speedo was stuck below zero. I have replaced the speed sensor and got a used cluster from a 94 and it still won't budge. I believe my problem is a short in wiring because all of the rest of my gauges in both clusters work great. I just wanted to see what you guys thought. Thanks!

Chech the speedometer module its behind the glove box iirc see if it got wet
