Wow, I see why you made a video instead of trying to explain it.
Is this new after installing the mirrors?

No its new within like a month everything worked great at before even after the mirriors

I'm stumped, I guess I would start with that right side mirror, just disconnect it and see if everything goes back to normal. Then I'd look at the multifunction switch.

Looks like your passenger mirror is not blinking at all. Could this be the issue or was it just not bright enough for me to see?

The pass side only blinks very faintly with the hazards on

Maybe check for a loose ground?
