Cleaning and priming it with that rustoleum rust primer and then appearing it with the black hammered finish paint. I'm told by a friend that it works really well.

nice. I used rustoleum rust reformer in the spray can, but my rust wasn't as bad and I had lots of time on my hands so I spent a lot of time with a wire wheel on my drill cleaning it up. I like rustoleum though it seems to hold up well. I will say you should use more paint than you think because after a while it will get thin. That's what happened to my LCA's I wish I put more glass back on them now.

Looks great! What size tires you got on the factory rims? Really sets it off and makes the truck look more beefy.
