Just going to start a thread to get all the stuff straightened out for my SAS. I will be using a HP44 with 4.10 so I can keep my current TCase.

This is a parts list in progress. So I am continuing to add to it, change things as I find out more information, and as I pick up parts here locally and handed down. I'm open and would like any other suggestions for any changes or additions. If you see anything I miss please chime in.

Parts List:
From DIY:
SAS Kit -- $519.75
http://diy4x.com/cart/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=185

Rear Shackle Flip: $189.75 -- (No longer needed.. Picked a set up FOR FREE!)
http://diy4x.com/cart/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=186

Either 6" or 7.25" Shackles ~$15
http://diy4x.com/cart/index.php?route=product/product&path=24&product_id=137
http://diy4x.com/cart/index.php?route=product/product&path=24&product_id=155

2 pair of EZ Inch: $69.30
http://diy4x.com/cart/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=128

From WFO Concepts:
**13" Hoops: $59.99
http://www.wfoconcepts.com/pr/13-Tall-Shock-Hoop-Kit/9105/9463/3713

I believe I'll be running a pair of 52" springs for the swap, unless I fall upon some 48" lift springs.

--------------------------------

Crossover steering Knuckle -- $385.14
http://www.offroadunlimited.com/orustore/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=22&idproduct=8238

Not sure if this is the knuckle I am going with. Going to build the steering in pieces as I wont need the full kit. Waiting to verify EXACTLY what kind of steering I'll need on the 44 and then go from there.

Going to be swapping the front to 6 lug outers for now. And continue to run the 35" KM2s I have currently on the truck. For now, running the 10 bolt in the rear that it has, til that grenades and then I'll upgrade.

New shocks on all 4 corners, not sure which ones yet.
Brake lines will be made here in Anchorage at Alaska Rubber, unless my extended braided lines I have now are long enough.
Will have to redo my exhaust anyways for this swap because of clearance issues. So will hold off on that.

While I am waiting for the parts to come in (after I get a final count and order it all) I will try to strip the axles off the donor truck and clean them and the springs and such up as good as possible and paint em up.

Might be trying to sell the bigger stuff locally... Shipping from Alaska would be more than what the lift is worth. Sorry this was copied from my local off road forum. Still fixing alot on the list for parts as well.

Can't wait to see it done and for the damn gov. to open up so you can throw those headlights on! What are you looking to get for the spacers? With them only on the rear did it make them even with the front?

Yeah they were nice and even with the fronts. Depends on what tire/rim you're running as well. I went and got my HIDs today but they still hadn't sorted out the rest to get me my headlights. Spacers I'd probably do 45+shipping to your door. So like 55 Flat Rate. I only used them for about 2 months now.
