The hood prop reminded me of my "multi purpose tool" from my first car. It was a long stick that I used to hold the hood open and to pop the trunk. The trunk latch release was weak so I had to pull up on the trunk while hitting the release button which was on the driver's side door panel.

Truck is looking good. Glad you got that transmission leak figured out.

That's a cool idea. I bet that would make the display on a lot of aftermarket radios much easier to read in the sunlight.
