Got myself a moates.net APU1 setup, with wideband O2 (not yet installed). Learning how to tune The Burb as I go. Gonna use this thread to keep thread of tune changes and to get tips from anyone how wants to add them.

Some Goals - Current engine

- Increase A/C rpm in P/N 150 RPM for better cooling with remote starter in the summer
- Firmer/crisper shifts
- Adjust fuel and timing to fine tune ultimate TBI and soon to come exhaust system

1995 Chevy Suburban C2500, 5.7L, 4L80-E, 16197427 PCM, BNKM bin, $31 Mask ID

V1 - 6-12-14

Scalars

- Mask ID from $31 to $AA to disable checksum and enable real time tuning
- Max line pressure (transmission), from 90 to 92 PSI
- Lowered Maximum Timing Advance to 40

Tables

-Main Spark Table vs. MAP vs. RPM (both Open AND Closed Throttle) Offset All +4 degrees (same as mechanically advancing your distributor 4 degrees)
-CTS Spark Advance Compensation vs. Vacuum vs. Temperature, 104C row changed from -2.1 to -1.0, 116C row offset +1 (smoothed table around operating temp)
-Desired Shift Time Altitude Gain vs. TPS vs. Shift, cut times in half (Multiply x 0.5)

-TCC, Engage MPH vs Gear, 3rd gear engage from 58.5 to 45
Release MPH vs Gear, 3rd gear from 50 to 40
Changed 3rd gear Normal Mode Release all around and down to fit lowered values of above changes

= Results - Smoother idle, maybe a little more pickup, shifts a pinch better.

Uploaded the tune today. Truck runs smoother all over. Shifts feel a pinch better. Going to half the shift times again and start doing some fuel tweaks soon.

Figured out the a/c idle tables are disabled, will build those and enable the tables within the next tune or 2.
