Rolled Pan support from tissue floppy to tow sturdy

Why won't it?

Need C-Notch and gas tank filler neck rework, then helper springs added back to stack then a custom receiver hitch fabbed and a hole in the pan for that hitch .. bit of work. Best use the 2019 Colorado.

Had to fabricate bumper brackets to add on 95 Burban rear bumper as some of frame was removed to fit roll pan or so it appeared. Couldn't find brackets to purchase but escalade were close. Fabbed worked just right. If anyone needs a drawing on these let me know.

Appearances are correct.. the frame horn "brackets" on the SUV's are part of the frame rail itself. To do a roll pan you cut the frame. There are outer brackets that are unique to the SUV's (the ones that appear made out of round stock) but otherwise the rear bumper bolts directly to the frame.
