I have a friend with two 94’s and he is trying to figure out what relay this is. His 93 doesn’t have it. I can’t find it in any of my manuals plus I only have my phone to search on(no internet in my area yet). Posted his photo he sent me. Thanks for any

1994-only. It's part of the 3rd brake light (CHMSL) circuit, the CHMSL being a new feature for 1994. But I can't remember if it's for the CHMSL or for the regular brake lights. You could unplug it and see which one quits. For 1995 the wiring changed completely...
