yes it does I have a 60/40 seat its on the passenger side and the seat is all the way back i'll get some pics later on today

My original setup (just thrown together) was 2 10" Memphis in the box they came in just in place of my center console. I have the two buckets and it fit perfetly there. Just decided I would rather have the console and seat there, so I sold them and bought an under the seat box for a GMT800 crew cab truck. Gave $50 for the box and two 10" JVCs in it. Ended up keeping the Memphis, putting the JVC into the other box and selling it. Both setups are being ran off of a Boss monoblock 1100w amp under the passenger seat.

Thanks, it surprised some people. My new one is a little less cubic feet, and is louder than that one. I only have 300 watts going to it right now.this sub will handle 1200 watts easy.
