RCX 6" lift and 5spd?

Hey guys, lately Ive been looking into putting an RCX 6" lift on the truck, and all seems fairly straight forward, except for one part. I looked though the install instructions, and on the 5speed, I have a carrier bearing on the TB crossover. Does the RCX kit have anyway to mount this bracket with the bearing? Or would my only option be to use the stock TB crossover, and get some realift TB relocators? Ive been searching the forums alot for this, but it seems most people have automatics, and the ones that do have 5speeds, the issue was never addressed. Just making me wonder how it was dealt with.
