@someotherguy, ah cool! Thanks, if I ever get a 94 and older truck, I will be sure to be on the lookout for some accessory cup holders! :D

Question, is there a way to hook up a CD player to factory radio? Just out of curiosity. I probably wouldn't do this, as I would do a aftermarket stereo install instead. :)

Thanks guys for all your responses..

Him and I went and sat in the truck with the old factory radio removed and the single din the previous owner installed removed as well.. (previous owner never bothered to put in the cubby to plug the factory hole)
I then showed him the differences and explained the reach.. didn't even get to bring up the remote before he said..
"As much as I want this to look like it just rolled off the factory line.. I'm not giving up good tunes dad.."

Time to buy an aftermarket radio.. thanks for all the info guys.. Guess sound quality beat out nostalgia today.. lol

I use the center mount radio on my '88 and on the '95. The older one I bought at Walmart and the newer one from Crutchfield along with their install kit. On the '95 I bought the large touchscreen Kenwood DVD with hands free microphone (unused) USB reader and provisions for 2 camera inputs. I added a rear mount camera for about $20 which helps when hooking up my trailer. I cannot imagine someone having difficulties with reaching either radio unless they have arms like a T-Rex.
